So, I am kinda horrible at this blogging thing. Things have been good and I have been super busy with work and my online class. At the end of June I turned 21. I am finally legal!! For what? I have no idea haha, but it is fun to say! The day before my birthday, I went down to Logan. Alyssa had an awesome time planned for me. We went to the mall together and bought awesome matching shirts and then turned them into Kappa Delta shirts..They are super glittery haha and it GETS every where. Anyway then we Plastered Alyssa's boyfriends room with post it notes with random things written all over them. We even got his car:) Then it was back to her place to get ready for dinner. We went to dinner at Chilis and lots of people showed up! Alyssa's mom brought me a cake and us party hats! It was a good time.
I went to Cherry Hills with my 3 year old nephew for my 21st bday! IT was good fun and he is the one person that could never make me have a bad birthday, so I know it would totally be worth it. Cherry Hills was not my favorite water park but it was still a lot of fun and we went golfing afterwards (well took a break) haha then we went back, cooled off then left. I have been craving a blooming onion from Outback, so we went and that is pretty much all we got, but it was so worth it. My cousin and his wife thought I needed to go to a bar for my bday. We went to the Legal in evanston. On Tuesday nights, bars are not the most exciting thing. There were probably five of us total there, one of them being the bar tender.
This year for the fourth of July, I finally got to do what I wanted. Every year since I was eight, I had to do rodeos and parades and I finally was going to have a good time. Dustin invited me to go to Kemmerer to go cliff jumping and a bunch of other stuff. I really wanted to go but was hesitant cuz I only knew like 2 people that were going to be there. TJ invited me to go with him to Soda. I was really excited to go with him but then through texting, there was a miscommunication and I didn't end up going. I was really upset about this and didn't want my fourth to be me staying at home upset, so I called dustin to see if the invite was still up. I ended up going to Kemmerer which was a blast. The bball girls are freakin awesome and so it was a lot of fun. We went cliff jumping, played a ton of games, ate amazing food, shot praire dogs, and watched fireworks. It was such a good time! I still wish I would have gone with TJ though.
I work crazy hours at work, so I do all my hours in a few nights and have about 3 days off. I had three days off and decided to go to Logan. I went to Tummy Yummis and then mini golfing with TJ. It was actually fun and I kicked his trash;) haha JK, but it was really close actually. After that, we went back to his place and watched some crazy movie. I am not sure what it was haha. It was interesting. The next day TJ made me breakfast. It was delicious! I went to the water park in Logan with Tony. Some other people showed up, but did not stay long. Tony and I stayed a long time. It was actually a ton of fun, but there were a ton of people there. Tony wasted like 6 bottles of water on me, cuz he thought I needed to be wet. I was at a water park for crying out loud! haha. I got the spend a lot of time with TJ a lot in the three days which was awesome!
My dear BFF Marie came home for the second time this summer to me. Everytime she is home, we play, no matter how busy we are. We went and floated the Bear River. It was a ton of fun. Last year we went quite a bit and almost died everytime. We almost die everytime we are together though. Haha! Does not matter what we are doing. The Bear was perfect. It was deep enought that we did not bottom out everytime we hit a rapid and it was not super fast. It was slow in spots but it was LOTS of fun! We have become pro Bear Floaters. We know where all the killer willows are, where to put ur bum up, and the awesome rapids! Well she left me again for a week:( So, I am stuck at home without her haha! Lameo!
I can't believe the summer is already flying. I move back to Logan in a month from tomorrow. Move in is not til the 20th, but Lyss already is in our apartment, so I am going to take stuff down and then when I can get help. Come back and get the rest of my stuff from Evanston. I can't wait to go to Logan so I can do things with all my friends while it is still warm for a while.
